The Evergreen Point Pavilion

Two acres of Medina waterfront, resolved into a single cedar-and-glass pavilion that reads as though it were drawn from the lake itself. Board-formed concrete and bronze-framed glazing hold a two-hundred-and-seventy-degree horizon from the Seattle skyline to the Olympic range.

The principal level opens entirely to a cantilevered terrace and infinity pool, the threshold between interior and water deliberately unresolved. Below, a subterranean level holds a screening room, a hammam and a temperature-controlled cellar for eighteen hundred bottles. A private dock is rated for a seventy-foot vessel.
