A 1929 Georgian behind the Broadmoor gates, restored with the original brick specification and millwork schedule in hand. The house sits on three-quarters of an acre of enclosed garden, one of the larger remaining parcels inside the club.

Formal rooms hold their original proportions; kitchens, systems and a discreet elevator have been rebuilt to a contemporary standard that does not announce itself. Offered with a Broadmoor membership inquiry already opened, subject to club approval.
